At the time of manufacturing the stamp on the back says
APPROVED TYPE FOR NEW YORK , ALABAMA , and PENNA.
ITS IS A SERIAL NUMBER OF F . 6.
It is in great shape for its age. It Has the usual dirt and grim for its age.
I have never cleaned it up for fear of doing damage to it. It is my favorite item in my collection. I have had it in my home for over 45 years .
It works fine and the balance beam is very sensitive and Accurate.
