I believe she has all the accessories she came with other than the diapers. She has one on, which is clean by the way! There are 4 of her food packets left, her juice bottle, serving utensils, care & instruction paper. I tested her & she still works fine. I didn't feed her food or water, just made sure she still functions. You press her heart & she starts the chewing motion for you to feen her. She drinks water from her juice bottle. She really dirtys her diaper when fed. You can use Preemie diapers on her. She can only be fed her food & water. NO REAL FOOD! She needs 2 C batteries (not included) to function. She is clean & looks pretty much like she did when we got her but no box. An adorable doll to add to a collection or to let some little girl be a mommy!
